AKQA’s North American studios are Certified™ by Great Place to Work® for 2021. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience.
Over 90% of AKQA employees are proud to tell others they work at AKQA, and over 81% of employees who took part said it’s a great place to work, compared to 59% of employees at other companies.
Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.
Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place to Work, Sarah Lewis-Kulin, said: “Great Place to Work Certification™ isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience. It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that AKQA is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”
AKQA Chief People Officer Amy Oliver said: “We consider employee experience a top priority every day, and we are delighted to become Great Place to Work Certified. Given what the world has been through this past year, to be recognised in this way is a credit to the people and the culture we’ve created at AKQA.”
